EPHA3 (Eph receptor A3)는 ephrin receptor 아형에 속하며, 신경계 발달 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질-티로신 키나아제 계열 수용체입니다.
이 수용체는 단일 키나아제 도메인과 Cys-rich 도메인, 두 개의 fibronectin type III 반복 영역을 포함하는 세포외 구조를 가지고 있습니다.
EPHA3는 ephrin-A 리간드와 결합합니다.
