이 항체는 교차흡착(Cross-Adsorbed) 처리되어 소, 닭, 염소, 인간, 토끼, 쥐, 양에 대한 반응성을 최소화합니다.
Western blot 실험에서는 PBST 또는 TBST 내 5% 탈지분유(non-fat dry milk)를 사용한 blocking 및 항체 반응이 권장되며, BSA는 사용하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.
