Target Information
LILRB5 유전자는 leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) 계열에 속하며, 염색체 19q13.4 영역에 위치합니다. 이 단백질은 B형 LIR 수용체 아형으로, 2~4개의 세포외 Ig 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 그리고 2~4개의 세포질 내 ITIM 모티프를 포함합니다. 일부 LIR B형 수용체는 면역세포에서 발현되어 항원제시세포의 MHC class I 분자와 결합함으로써 면역 반응 자극을 억제합니다. 다양한 전사체 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
