Target Information
cAMP는 다양한 세포 기능에 중요한 신호 전달 분자로, cAMP 의존성 단백질 키나아제(AMPK)를 활성화하여 여러 표적 단백질의 인산화를 매개합니다. AMPK의 비활성형 홀로효소는 두 개의 조절 서브유닛과 두 개의 촉매 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머입니다. cAMP는 이 복합체를 조절 서브유닛 이합체와 촉매 서브유닛 단량체로 분리시킵니다. 인간에서는 네 가지 조절 서브유닛과 세 가지 촉매 서브유닛이 확인되었으며, 본 항체의 표적 단백질은 그 중 하나의 조절 서브유닛입니다. 이 단백질은 활성화된 촉매 서브유닛에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 다양한 A-kinase 앵커링 단백질(AKAPs)과 상호작용하여 AMPK의 세포 내 위치를 결정할 수 있습니다.
