This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
IL18R1 is a cytokine receptor belonging to the interleukin 1 receptor family. It specifically binds interleukin 18 (IL18) and is essential for IL18-mediated signal transduction. IFN-alpha and IL12 induce IL18R1 expression in NK and T cells.
The IL18R1 gene forms a cluster on chromosome 2q with IL1R2, IL1R1, ILRL2 (IL-1Rrp2), and IL1RL1 (T1/ST2).
