This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
LUM (Lumican) is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family, including decorin, biglycan, fibromodulin, keratocan, epiphycan, and osteoglycin.
These bifunctional molecules bind collagen fibrils and regulate interfibrillar spacing through hydrophilic glycosaminoglycans. Lumican is a major keratan sulfate proteoglycan of the cornea and is also found in interstitial collagenous matrices throughout the body.
It plays roles in collagen fibril organization, corneal transparency, epithelial cell migration, and tissue repair.
