Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GADD45G gene is part of a group of genes upregulated under stress-induced growth arrest and DNA damage conditions.
Its encoded protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase in response to environmental stress.
GADD45G shows high expression in placenta.
