Target Information

- An N-terminal transactivation domain
- A central DNA-binding domain with two zinc fingers
- A C-terminal ligand-binding domain
The activated receptor/ligand complex translocates to the nucleus and binds to hormone response elements of target genes, regulating transcriptional activity.
