Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO는 사이클린 의존성 단백질 키나아제 패밀리에 속하며 CyclinO와 복합체를 형성합니다. CyclinO는 UNG 유전자의 특정 단백질 아이소폼으로 핵 내에만 존재하며, uracil-DNA glycosylase 활성을 보입니다. CDK2/cyclinO 단백질 수준은 G1기 동안 증가하고 세포주기 동안 분해됩니다. Cyclin A–cdk2 수준은 G1/S 전이 시점에서 최대에 달하며, 두 단백질 모두 복제 개시 복합체 내 DNA와 결합되어 있습니다. Rb 단백질은 cdk2–cyclin E 및/또는 cdk2–cyclin A 복합체의 기질로 작용합니다. Cdk2는 G1 후기, S기, G2기 동안 활성화되어 핵에 특이적으로 위치합니다.
