Target Information
Thrombopoietin (TPO, THPO, MPL ligand, megakaryocyte colony-stimulating factor)은 거핵세포 계열로 분화된 조혈세포에 작용하여 혈소판 생성을 유도합니다.
TPO가 수용체 MPL(CD110)에 결합하면 JAK/STAT, MAPK, PI3K/AKT 신호 경로를 통해 거핵세포의 증식 및 분화를 촉진하며, 최종적으로 혈소판 생산(thrombopoiesis)을 유도합니다.
TPO는 간에서 지속적으로 생성되며, 예측 분자량은 약 38 kDa입니다.
