Target Information
Fibrinogen-like 1 (FGL1)은 fibrinogen family에 속하는 단백질로, fibrinogen β 및 γ 서브유닛의 C-말단과 상동성을 가지며 네 개의 보존된 cysteine 잔기를 포함합니다. 그러나 혈소판 결합 부위, 교차결합 영역, thrombin-sensitive 부위를 결여하여 fibrin 응고 형성에는 관여하지 않습니다. 이 단백질은 간세포암의 발달과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다. 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 네 가지 alternative splicing 전사체가 존재합니다.
