Target Information
SV40 T antigen은 SV40 유전체의 early region에서 발현됩니다. Large T antigen은 DNA에 결합하고, 53,000 달톤의 세포 단백질 p53과 복합체를 형성하여 용균 성장 중 바이러스 DNA 복제 개시에 필요합니다. 또한 DNA polymerase 및 전사인자 AP-2와 결합하며, retinoblastoma 유전자 산물인 P105와 특이적 복합체를 형성합니다.
