- 각 로트의 민감도는 ELISA로 확인되며, 특이성은 면역전기영동(IEP)으로 검증됩니다.
- 사용 전 1.1 mL의 탈이온수를 가하여 실온에서 30분간 방치 후 완전히 용해시킵니다.
- 입자가 있을 경우 원심분리 후 사용하며, 작업용 희석액은 매일 새로 준비합니다.
- 수령일로부터 1년간 사용 가능합니다.
- 면역전기영동 결과, 비면역 글로불린 기니피그 혈청 단백질과의 반응성은 관찰되지 않습니다.
