Target Information
CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that regulates the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. This protein, part of the cytokine receptor family, may also play a role in cell surface adhesion or recognition processes.
Four transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified: three membrane-bound and one secreted soluble form.
