Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SH3GL1 gene encodes a protein containing SH2 and SOCS BOX domains, classifying it within the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) family, also known as STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI) proteins. SOCS proteins act as cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.
