For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure the antibody is carrier-free.

Target Information

BTLA (B and T-lymphocyte attenuator) is a member of the co-inhibitory receptors of the CD28 superfamily.
It functions as a lymphocyte inhibitory receptor, regulating immune responses by inhibiting lymphocyte activity.
BTLA is constitutively expressed on most CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, with expression decreasing upon T cell activation.
It remains expressed on Th1 cells but not Th2 cells and interacts with the TNFR superfamily member HVEM, playing a key role in lymphocyte activation and immune homeostasis.
