- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Cadherin-8, -11, -12, -13, -17, ECAD, MCAD, NCAD, RCAD, PCAD, or VECAD is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Cadherins는 Ca²⁺ 의존적 세포 간 상호작용에 관여하는 막관통성 당단백질 계열로, 다양한 조직에서 차등적으로 발현됩니다. 이들은 조직의 무결성과 형태형성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. Cadherins는 Type I과 Type II로 구분되며,
- Type I: E-cadherin (Cadherin-1), N-cadherin (Cadherin-2), P-cadherin (Cadherin-3), R-cadherin (Cadherin-4)
- Type II: K-cadherin (Cadherin-6), OB-cadherin (Cadherin-11)
Cadherin-6은 신장의 근위세뇨관 상피세포에서 발현되며, 대부분의 신세포암이 이 부위에서 기원합니다.
