Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 57 kDa.
Normal concentrations of Factor IX in human plasma are around 3 µg/mL.
Factor IX deficiency leads to reduced coagulation activity, observed in patients with the X-linked disorder haemophilia B.
