Human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein produced from urine of post-menopausal women with a total molecular mass of 35,500 Da. HuFSH is a heterodimeric hormone consisting of a 165 amino acid α-chain (non-active) and a 115 amino acid β-chain.
