Each contains 0.25 g TFA Aminolink.
TFA Aminolink is used for 5' attachment of an amine group during oligonucleotide synthesis.

We offer several phosphoramidites that impart linkers for coupling other labels and enable addition of a phosphate during oligonucleotide synthesis. The label is treated as if it were simply another base: it is inserted at the appropriate place in the sequence and incorporated automatically.
