Target Information
CDK1(Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포주기 조절의 핵심 효소로, 유사분열 개시를 위한 M-Phase Promoting Factor 복합체의 촉매 서브유닛입니다.
CDK1은 광역학 치료 후 G2/M기 정지된 세포에서 Bcl-2의 인산화를 매개하여 세포사멸 지연에 관여합니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료적 가능성을 보입니다.
