Target Information
SGK2는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, serum 및 glucocorticoid에 의해 유도되는 SGK와 유사합니다. SGK2는 phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase를 활성화하는 신호에 의해 유도되며, PDK1 및 insulin-like growth factor 1에 의해 인산화 및 활성화됩니다. SGK2의 전사 조절은 아직 명확히 밝혀지지 않았습니다.
