Target Information
KSR1은 Raf 패밀리 단백질의 인산화를 촉진하고, MAPK 신호 경로의 하위 키나아제 활성화를 유도하는 다중단백질 신호 복합체의 일부입니다. MAP2K1/MEK1 또는 MAP2K2/MEK2와 결합 시 BRAF와 이합체를 형성하여 MAP2K1/MEK1 및/또는 MAP2K2/MEK2의 BRAF 매개 인산화를 촉진합니다. EGF 및 cAMP 자극에 반응하여 MAPK1 및/또는 MAPK3의 활성화를 유도합니다. KSR1의 키나아제 활성이 존재할 수 있으나, 생리학적 의의는 명확하지 않습니다. [UniProt]
