Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The EPM2A gene encodes laforin and is mutated in an autosomal recessive form of adolescent progressive myoclonus epilepsy.
The protein encoded by this gene binds to laforin, though its function remains unknown. This gene is intronless.
