Fibrinogen-like 1 (FGL1)은 fibrinogen 계열 단백질의 일원으로, fibrinogen β 및 γ 서브유닛의 카복시 말단과 상동성을 지닙니다. 이 단백질은 fibrinogen 및 관련 단백질의 보존된 4개의 시스테인을 포함하지만, 혈소판 결합 부위, 교차결합 영역, thrombin 감수성 부위가 없어 fibrin 응고 형성에는 관여하지 않습니다. FGL1은 간세포암의 발달에 관여할 수 있으며, 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 네 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 존재합니다.
