Target Information
CAMK4 (CaMKIV)는 serine/threonine protein kinase로 CREB, oncoprotein 18, SRF 등을 인산화합니다. 주로 림프구, 뉴런, 생식세포에서 발현되며, 칼슘 의존적 유전자 발현 조절에 관여합니다. 특히 신경세포에서 시냅스 가소성 조절, T세포에서 칼슘 신호전달 및 NFAT 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 고환에서는 염색질과 결합하여 핵 응축 과정에서 염색질 재구성에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
