Target Information
KCNE3는 전압 개폐성 칼륨 채널 복합체의 보조 단백질로, α-소단위와 결합하여 채널의 개폐 동역학을 조절하고 안정성을 향상시킵니다. KCNC4/Kv3.4와 연관되어 골격근의 아임계 전압 개폐성 칼륨 채널을 형성하며, 근육 세포의 안정막전위(RMP)를 설정하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 KCNQ1/KCLQT1과 결합해 장내 cAMP 자극 칼륨 채널을 형성, 염화물 분비에 관여합니다.
