Target Information
Human IgG1 (human immunoglobulin G1)는 항원에 대한 면역 반응 시 생성되는 인간 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass)으로, 혈액 내에서 가장 풍부한 형태입니다. 병원체 방어에 중요한 역할을 하며, 항원 결합 후 식세포작용(phagocytosis)과 보체 활성화(complement activation)를 통해 제거를 촉진합니다. 또한 항체의존성 세포독성(ADCC) 및 독소 중화(neutralization)에도 관여합니다.
Human IgG1은 병원체에 대한 면역 반응 연구, 진단 테스트 및 감염성·자가면역 질환 치료제 개발 연구에 활용될 수 있습니다.
