Target Information
eIF3D는 진핵 번역 개시 인자(eukaryotic translation initiation factor) 계열 중 가장 큰 복합체인 eIF3의 구성 단백질입니다. eIF3는 최소 13개의 서로 다른 소단위로 이루어진 다단백질 복합체로, eIF3D는 40S 리보솜 소단위에 결합하여 40S와 60S 리보솜 소단위의 분리 상태를 유지하는 데 기여합니다. 또한 eIF3D는 eIF2/GTP/methionyl-tRNA 삼중복합체와 상호작용하여 40S 개시 복합체 형성 및 mRNA 결합을 촉진합니다. eIF3D는 eIF3 복합체의 주요 RNA 결합 소단위이며, eIF-3의 p170 소단위와 결합합니다. 대부분의 조직에서 널리 발현되며, DNA 손상 시 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
