Target Information
GAS41 has high sequence homology to human MLLT1 and MLLT3 proteins. Both MLLT1 and MLLT3 are transcription factors, suggesting that GAS41 may also function as a transcription factor required for RNA transcription. GAS41 gene amplification has been observed in tumors.
