TMPRSS11F는 hepsin(TMPRSS1)과 유사한 type-II transmembrane protease입니다.
이 단백질은 TMPRSS11A, B, C, D, E, F, Hepsin, Corin, Matriptase-1, 2, 3 등을 포함하는 막 결합 세린 프로테아제 계열에 속합니다.
