이 Goat anti-Human IgG (H+L) 2차 항체는 mouse, rabbit, bovine serum에 대해 cross-adsorbed 처리되어 높은 특이성과 민감도를 제공합니다.
Cross-adsorption은 비특이적 결합을 줄여 배경 염색을 최소화하는 정제 단계로, 다중 염색 및 형광 실험 시 교차 반응성을 감소시킵니다.

Alexa Fluor 488 형광체는 488 nm 레이저 라인에 최적화된 밝은 녹색 형광을 나타내며, pH 변화에 강하고 높은 광안정성을 제공합니다. 단백질에 높은 비율로 결합되어도 자가 소광이 적어 밝은 신호를 유지합니다.

사용 시 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하면 비특이적 배경을 줄일 수 있습니다. 대부분의 형광 염색 및 유세포 분석에서 1–10 µg/mL 농도가 적합합니다.
