Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 연구 및 진단 응용 분야에서 일반적으로 사용되는 면역글로불린 아형입니다. 랫드 면역계에서 생성되며, 보체 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포 매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있습니다. 약 160 kDa의 분자량을 가지며 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성됩니다. 랫드 모델을 사용하는 실험에서 대조 또는 기준 항체로 자주 사용되며, Flow Cytometry 및 Immunohistochemistry 실험에도 널리 활용됩니다.
