Target Information
Ras는 골지체와 세포막 사이를 이동하는 막 단백질을 암호화하는 N-ras 온코진입니다. 이 이동 과정은 ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 복합체에 의해 팔미토일화 및 탈팔미토일화로 조절됩니다. 내재적 GTPase 활성을 가지며, 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환 인자에 의해 활성화되고 GTPase 활성화 단백질에 의해 비활성화됩니다. Ras 유전자의 돌연변이는 직장암, 여포성 갑상선암, 자가면역 림프증식 증후군, Noonan 증후군, 소아 골수단핵백혈병 등과 관련이 있습니다.
