Target Information
NEDD8는 유비퀴틴과 유사한 단백질로, 세포 주기 조절과 배아 발생에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질이 기질에 결합하기 위해서는 E1 복합체(UBE1C-APPBP1)에 의한 활성화와 E2 효소(UBE2M)로의 연결이 필요합니다.
NEDD8이 cullin 단백질에 결합하면 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제 활성이 촉진되어, 사이클린 및 기타 조절 단백질의 폴리유비퀴틴화 및 프로테아좀 분해를 유도합니다.
