Target Information
CD150 (SLAM, Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule)은 면역글로불린 유전자 초과가족에 속하며, T 세포 자극에 관여합니다.
SLAM은 말초 혈액의 메모리 T 세포, T 세포 클론, 미성숙 흉선세포 및 일부 B 세포에서 발현되며, 활성화 후 초기 T 세포에서 빠르게 유도됩니다.
활성화된 B 세포는 막 결합형, 가용형 및 세포질 형태의 SLAM을 발현합니다.
SLAM-SLAM 간의 상호 결합을 통한 신호 전달은 활성화된 B 세포의 증식 및 분화를 촉진하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
또한 CD150의 세포외 도메인은 홍역 바이러스의 수용체로 작용하며, T 세포 및 B 세포의 공동 활성화 인자로 기능합니다.
CD150은 SH2D1A 및 PTPN11 단백질과 상호작용할 수 있으며, CD150 유전자의 돌연변이는 X-연관 림프증식성 질환(XLP)과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
