Target Information
NRADD modulates NTRK1 signaling and can activate several intracellular signaling pathways, leading to activation of JUN.
It promotes apoptosis and facilitates translocation of SORT1 to the cell membrane, hindering lysosomal degradation of SORT1 and promoting its interaction with NGFR.
