Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1), also known as ATP:3-phosphoglycerate 1-phosphotransferase, is a glycolytic enzyme that also functions as a secreted plasmin reductase in tumor cells. It plays a role in glycolysis and participates in angiogenic processes as a disulfide reductase.
