For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended.

Target Information
Von Willebrand factor (vWf) consists of self-aggregated glycoprotein subunits synthesized in endothelial cells and megakaryocytes.
The monomeric vWf unit has a molecular mass of 225 kDa and binds to circulating factor VIIIc, stabilizing it and playing a critical role in normal primary haemostasis.
