Target Information
PRKG1는 cGMP-dependent serine/threonine kinase로, 혈관 평활근 이완 및 혈소판 응집 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 단백질은 심혈관 및 신경 기능 조절, 평활근 긴장 완화, 세포 성장 조절에 관여합니다. PRKG1 유전자는 평활근, 혈소판, 소뇌 Purkinje 세포, 해마 뉴런, 측두엽 편도체 등에서 강하게 발현됩니다. Isoforms Iα와 Iβ는 동일한 cGMP 결합 및 촉매 도메인을 가지지만, leucine/isoleucine zipper 및 autoinhibitory 서열이 달라 이합체화 기질 및 kinase 활성에 차이를 보입니다.
