Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The SOCS4 protein contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS BOX domain, belonging to the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) family, also known as STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI) proteins. These proteins act as cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.
