Target Information
TRIB3는 세포 분열 억제 단백질로, Drosophila 형태형성 과정에서 중요한 시점에서 유사분열을 차단합니다. 포유류에서는 MAPK 활성을 조절하는 Tribbles(Trbs) 패밀리의 상동체로 확인되었습니다. TRIB3는 TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3로도 알려져 있으며, TNF 자극에 의해 유도되는 NF-κB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만 NF-κB의 핵 이동 및 DNA 결합은 억제하지 않습니다. TRIB3/SKIP3는 다양한 인간 종양에서 과발현되며 저산소 상태에 의해 조절됩니다.
