이 제품은 HRP가 결합된 Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L) 항체로, Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 등의 혈청 단백질과 교차 반응이 최소화되도록 정제되었습니다.
면역전기영동 결과, Rat IgG의 heavy chain 및 대부분 Rat immunoglobulin에 공통적인 light chain과 반응합니다.
비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대해서는 항체 반응이 검출되지 않았습니다.

Applications Reported:
HRP anti-Rat IgG는 immunoblotting (WB), immunohistochemical staining, ELISA에 사용 보고되었습니다.

Applications Tested:
ELISA 및 고체상 흡착 실험을 통해 Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응이 최소화됨을 확인했습니다.
권장 희석 범위는 다음과 같습니다:

• IHC (tissue sections): 1:500–1:5,000
• ELISA 및 Western blot (chromogenic substrates): 1:5,000–1:100,000
• Western blot (ECL substrates): 1:10,000–1:200,000

Anti-Rat secondary antibodies는 Rat immunoglobulins에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 affinity-purified 항체입니다.
이들은 HRP, AP, fluorescence 등 다양한 검출 시스템에 활용 가능하며, 여러 개의 secondary antibody가 하나의 primary antibody에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
