PSKH1은 SFC(splicing factor compartment)-관련 세린 키나아제로, 인핵 내 SR 단백질(serine/arginine-rich domain을 포함하는 비-snRNP 스플라이싱 인자)의 이동 및 pre-mRNA 가공에 관여할 수 있습니다.
PSKH1은 Brefeldin A-sensitive Golgi compartment, centrosome, nucleus(spot 형태), endoplasmic reticulum(ER) 및 plasma membrane(PM)과 연관되어 있으며, 세포질에도 분포합니다.
