Target Information
ZAP-70 is a cytosolic protein tyrosine kinase of the Syk family, expressed in T-cells and natural killer cells, essential for T-cell receptor activation.
Upon TCR engagement, ZAP70 is phosphorylated at tyrosines 292, 315, and 319 within the interdomain B region.
- Tyr315: Vav binding site
- Tyr319: Lck binding site
Phosphorylation at these sites enhances ZAP70-mediated lymphocyte signaling, while Tyr292 phosphorylation attenuates activation.
