Product Specific Information
In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Semaphorin 4G is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Semaphorin 4B, 4C, and 4F is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
Cell surface receptor for PLXNB2. May play a role in axon guidance.
