C6ORF199 단백질은 세포 내 뉴클레오타이드 항상성 유지에 관여하며, 뉴클레오사이드 인산의 상호전환을 촉매합니다. AMP, dAMP, CMP, dCMP를 ATP 또는 GTP를 인산 공여체로 사용하여 인산화하며, 다양한 뉴클레오타이드 삼인산(ATP, CTP, GTP, UTP 등)을 생성합니다. CDP > UDP > ADP > GDP > TDP 순으로 기질 친화성을 보입니다.
