Target Information

ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF)-like proteins (ARLs)은 ARF 계열의 RAS 관련 GTPase 중 기능적으로 구별되는 그룹입니다. ARL2BP 유전자는 ARL2.GTP와 높은 친화도로 결합하지만 ARL2.GDP, 활성화된 ARF, 또는 RHO 단백질과는 상호작용하지 않습니다. ARL2 활성화 시 막 결합이 관찰되지 않는 점은 ARFs와는 다른 작용을 시사하며, ARL2.GTP와의 상호작용으로 인해 ARL2 특이적 효ector로 간주됩니다.
