Target Information
AKAPs (A-kinase anchoring proteins)는 Protein Kinase A (PKA)의 조절 소단위를 결합하여 세포 내 특정 부위에 PKA 활성을 국소화하는 스캐폴딩 단백질 계열입니다.
AKAP5(다른 이름: P75, AKAP75, AKAP79)는 주로 신경 조직에서 발현되며, PKAII beta의 조절 소단위와 결합하여 효소를 세포막 및 세포골격/막 접합부에 고정시킵니다.
또한 AKAP5는 calmodulin, PP2B, calcineurin과 상호작용하여 cAMP 및 Ca²⁺ 신호 경로를 조정하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
