Product #31460 has been successfully used in Western blot, IHC, ELISA, and IP applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species and with SuperBlock™ Blocking Buffers.

Store at 4°C until opened. To extend shelf-life, add an equal volume of glycerol (final concentration ~50%) and store at -20°C.
Reconstitute with 2.0 mL of distilled water (final concentration 0.8 mg/mL).

Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified reagents with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to one primary antibody.
They are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
